On-Time Arrival:

We ask that clients make every effort to arrive a minute or two before your reservation. For those arriving late, we will hold your spot for 10 minutes; after that point we will make every effort but cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you services if there is a client following.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy:

We are considerate of our clients’ time, please be considerate of ours. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late or who miss an appointment hurts our ability to properly serve others. We reserve the right to refuse services to clients who frequently book and cancel their appointments, or who are no-shows to scheduled appointments.  

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not factored into prices. Amounts are at the discretion of the client. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we expect you to tell us.  

 

Pre-Booking Skin Care Appointments:

Our skin care services are by appointment only. We will require a credit card to guarantee reservations. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your service will result in a charge to your credit card for the cost of the services; when services are a gift, gift cards will be debited accordingly.

Group Reservation Policy:

We are happy to pre-book reservations for groups of 3 or more clients. We do require a 50%, non-refundable deposit for group reservations. For cancellations within 24 hours of the services, we will have to charge the organizer the full amount of the services, and we will require a credit card on file in case this is necessary. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to group services bookings.

We reserve the right to refuse services to clients who do not abide by the policies listed above and to those who, in any way, make our staff feel uncomfortable in their place of work.
